Worst service from reapbuy, after purchasing of new Bipap device within an hour i got it setup with the help of one of your employee and it is not working. He started a false allegations on me that i have spilled liquid on it. Why the hell i spill a liquid on the product which is very needfull for the apnea patient. Later when i took the product to service center they confirmed the motor is faulty and found no liquid stains on it. I didnt get a replacement for the faulty device from RESPBUY instead i have to get this repair and use. Respbuy is not a authorised dealer never purchase any thing from them.

I was not able to find in Mumbai any supplier who stocked the latest ResMed Bipap which I needed for my mother. I have purchased ResMed Airsence 10 equipment from RespBuy one week back ( i.e. 23rd November 2021). I had a problem with myAir app installation and activation. I called ResMed Persons they did not support me in this issue. I was looking for one special respirator mask and couldn’t get it anywhere but finally Respbuy came to the rescue and delivered the 2 sizes as we were not sure about the sizes. Since we could not use the mask for some unfortunate reason I requested for a return and without any follow ups I got my payment back to my accounts.
