Nasal cannulas and CPAP pads: choose by purpose
This collection brings together oxygen-delivery cannulas, diagnostic cannulas for sleep studies and comfort pads for PAP masks. Although several products sit near the nose, they perform different functions. Start with the intended use and exact equipment before comparing length, size or price.
An oxygen cannula delivers prescribed supplemental oxygen. A sleep-study pressure cannula helps a compatible recorder assess breathing airflow. A nasal bridge pad cushions the contact area beneath a suitable mask; it does not deliver oxygen or measure breathing.
Current cannula and nasal-pad prices in India
Current prices include applicable tax. Check the exact version and package on the product page.
The live ranges separate standard oxygen cannulas, diagnostic cannula packs and mask comfort pads. Only in-stock, purchasable offers and eligible variations are counted. Prices may be for one item or a multipack, so compare the selected quantity as well as the total. HFNC and reservoir cannulas are excluded from standard oxygen-cannula ranges.

Use this comparison to identify the product type, then confirm the exact device connection, size and supplied quantity on its listing. A common name such as nasal cannula does not establish compatibility across oxygen sources, sleep recorders and high-flow systems.
Standard oxygen cannulas: length and equipment checks
Choose the cannula specified for the oxygen source and prescribed delivery method. Check the patient size, connector, supported flow range and permitted tubing length in the equipment instructions. Do not choose by length alone or assume that a connector which fits physically proves the whole setup is suitable.
This category includes listings described as 6 ft, 25 ft, 33 ft and 66 ft. A longer line can provide more reach, but the oxygen device must support the proposed tubing arrangement. Portable pulse-dose equipment may have different requirements from a stationary continuous-flow concentrator. Ask our support team to check the exact device model before selecting an extended length.
Route the tubing to avoid sharp bends, compression and trip hazards. Keep to the prescribed oxygen setting and have the supplier check the delivery setup if you suspect a problem. Adding a longer line is not a reason to adjust oxygen flow yourself. Follow the oxygen equipment fire-safety instructions, including keeping it away from smoking and flames.
Sleep-study cannulas monitor airflow, not oxygen saturation
A diagnostic nasal pressure cannula connects to a compatible recorder to provide a signal related to nasal breathing. In an ApneaLink setup, oxygen saturation is obtained through a separate oximetry sensor, not measured by the nasal cannula itself.
Check the recorder model, specified cannula reference and connector. The original ApneaLink cannula listing identifies part 70388 in a pack of 25. A third-party sleep-study cannula should not be assumed compatible with every Type II, III or IV recorder just because its connector looks similar.
Use the diagnostic service's setup instructions and the consumable's single-use or single-patient requirements. Do not substitute an ordinary oxygen-delivery cannula for a diagnostic pressure cannula. If a study also involves prescribed oxygen, the clinical team must specify the appropriate monitoring arrangement.
HFNC and reservoir cannulas need separate selection
High-flow nasal cannulas are interfaces for the compatible high-flow therapy system and its circuit. Confirm the exact device, interface size and required connections with the clinical team. The HFNC products listed here should not be treated as direct replacements for a standard home oxygen cannula.
The Oxymizer pendant is a reservoir-style oxygen-conserving cannula. It differs from both a standard cannula and an electrically controlled pulse-dose oxygen device. Selection and oxygen settings require clinical assessment and the manufacturer instructions; do not assume a fixed oxygen saving or a particular oxygen concentration for every patient.
For children or smaller patients, use the specified interface and sizing guidance. A longer or shorter adult line does not determine the correct prong size. The Besmed NCAT listing has its own size and connection requirements that must be checked before use.
Nasal bridge pads versus mask forehead pads
The ResMed Gecko nasal pad is a soft accessory placed across the nasal bridge beneath a suitable mask to help with comfort. The RespBuy silicone pad pack is a separate brand offering. Check the pad shape, instructions and mask fit rather than assuming every pad works with every mask.
A forehead pad is different: the Philips TrueBlue gel pad attaches to the matching mask forehead support. It is a model-specific replacement component, not a generic nasal bridge pad or a complete mask cushion.
A pad may help with contact discomfort, but it cannot guarantee a leak-free seal or correct an unsuitable mask size. Recheck the seal after fitting it, keep all vents unobstructed and ask your care team about persistent pain, redness or broken skin. Avoid simply tightening the headgear over a sore area.
Pack contents, care and replacement
Read whether the offer supplies a single cannula, a pack, a selected tube length or a model-specific pad. Oxygen equipment, sleep recorders and complete masks are separate purchases unless explicitly included.
Follow the exact product instructions for cleaning, storage and replacement. Do not wash and reuse a consumable labelled single-use. A reusable silicone pad has different care requirements from an oxygen cannula or a diagnostic disposable.
Inspect tubing and connections for damage, blockage or deterioration and replace as instructed. If you are unsure which component needs replacing, share the device or mask model and clear photographs with our support team. For PAP seal components, browse our replacement mask cushions; for straps, see mask frames and headgear.
Frequently asked questions
Are oxygen cannulas and sleep-study cannulas interchangeable?
No. Oxygen cannulas deliver supplemental oxygen; diagnostic pressure cannulas supply a breathing signal to a compatible recorder. Select the exact interface specified for the equipment and purpose.
Does a sleep-study cannula measure oxygen saturation?
No. It provides a signal related to nasal breathing. In an ApneaLink setup, oxygen saturation comes from a separate oximetry sensor.
Which oxygen cannula length should I choose?
Check the oxygen device instructions, prescribed delivery method and permitted tubing arrangement. Choose sufficient reach within those requirements rather than assuming the longest available line is suitable.
Can a long cannula be used with every portable concentrator?
Do not assume so. Pulse-dose and continuous-flow devices can have different tubing requirements. Confirm the exact device model and approved length before ordering.
Can I attach an HFNC cannula to a normal home concentrator?
Do not treat an HFNC interface as a standard cannula replacement. It requires the specified high-flow system, circuit, sizing and clinical setup.
What is an Oxymizer pendant cannula?
It is a reservoir-style oxygen-conserving cannula. It differs from a standard cannula and needs the prescribed setup and manufacturer guidance; oxygen savings and settings should not be assumed.
Is a nasal pad the same as a mask cushion?
No. A nasal bridge pad is a comfort accessory placed beneath a suitable mask. The mask cushion is its sealing component, while a forehead pad fits a particular forehead support.
Will a pad stop all mask leaks or skin irritation?
No. Fit, mask size, headgear tension and skin condition also matter. Check the seal after adding a pad and seek advice for persistent soreness or damaged skin.
Can I wash and reuse all of these products?
No. Follow the exact product instructions. A reusable pad and a disposable cannula have different requirements; do not wash and reuse a single-use consumable.
How much do nasal cannulas and pads cost?
The live ranges and comparison show current eligible offers. Check the selected length, size and pack quantity on the product page before comparing prices.
