Find replacement CPAP mask headgear, frames, clips and connecting parts. Choose by the exact mask model and part size, then compare live prices, supplied components and compatibility in the guide below.
CPAP mask frames and headgear: replace the right part
Headgear holds your mask in position, while the frame supports the cushion and its connections. Replacing a worn strap or damaged frame can help restore the fit of a compatible mask when the remaining components are still serviceable. These are replacement parts, not complete masks unless the listing explicitly says otherwise.
Start with the exact mask model rather than the CPAP machine name. This category includes headgear, frames, clips, elbows, wraps and other small components. Similar-looking parts can have different attachment points, sizes or functions.
Current headgear and frame prices in India
Current prices include applicable tax. Check the exact version and package on the product page.
The live ranges separate headgear straps, replacement frames and headgear clips. Only reviewed in-stock, purchasable offers and available variants are counted. Elbows, wraps, forehead supports and chinstraps are excluded from these ranges so their prices are not confused with a replacement frame or headgear assembly. Open the listing to confirm the selected size and supplied parts.
Headgear, frame, clip or elbow?
Headgear: the strap assembly that holds the mask. Check the model, size, attachment layout and whether clips are included. A strap-only purchase may require your existing clips.
Frame: the structure supporting the cushion. Some frames also carry airflow along the sides of the face. Frame-only listings may exclude the cushion, headgear and elbow; inspect the package contents carefully.
Headgear clips: small components connecting straps to the mask. Magnetic, hook, ball-and-socket and adjustment clips perform different jobs and should not be substituted based on appearance.
Elbows, vents and swivels: connect the breathing circuit or form part of its venting arrangement. These are functional mask components, not interchangeable decorative fittings. Match the exact approved part and keep vents unobstructed.

| ResMed AirFit F20 frame | Replacement frame | Check supplied assembly; cushion and headgear are separate unless stated. | ₹1,290.00 |

Use the comparison to identify the type of part and the mask family. Confirm the exact version, size and pack contents on the product page. A replacement frame does not necessarily include everything visible in a photograph of an assembled mask.
How to choose the correct replacement
Identify the mask. Read its model name on the frame, packaging or user guide. AirFit F20, F30 and F30i are separate families. The machine brand does not tell you which mask frame or headgear you need.
Check each size separately. Cushion size, frame size and headgear size are not necessarily the same. Use the existing part marking or the manufacturer sizing guide rather than assuming that a medium cushion requires medium headgear.
Match the attachment points. Compare clips, slots, strap routing and the elbow connection. If the old part has no readable reference, share photographs of the complete mask and damaged component with our support team.
Check the supplied assembly. Some offers include clips or an elbow; others contain only the named frame or strap. Do not assume that a cushion, headgear or pair of clips comes with another replacement component.
DreamWear and ResMed modular mask systems
Modular designs can share certain parts, but not every component. Philips states that switching a DreamWear nasal or pillow setup to a full-face cushion requires different headgear and instructions. Choose the headgear for the intended configuration, not simply any item labelled DreamWear.
The N30i/P30i replacement frame and headgear are listed separately from F30i components. Follow the manufacturer compatibility information for the exact part. Shared branding or a top-of-head hose connection is not enough to establish interchangeability.
When changing cushion style or the complete mask configuration, check the required frame, headgear, elbow and cushion together. Our mask cushion guide helps distinguish nasal, pillow and full-face replacement seals.
Magnetic clips: check the mask safety instructions
Some listed headgear clips contain magnets. Read the current manufacturer contraindications before buying or using the corresponding mask. These can apply to both the wearer and people in close physical contact who have certain implants or medical devices.
For affected ResMed masks, the manufacturer specifies keeping magnets at least 150 mm (6 inches) from implants or devices that may be affected. This distance does not override a contraindication. If an implant or device is involved, ask the treating clinician and mask supplier to check the exact guidance and an appropriate non-magnetic alternative.
Do not assume that replacing magnetic clips with an unrelated clip makes a mask suitable. Other mask components may contain magnets, and the complete system must meet its manufacturer instructions. See the linked manufacturer guidance below.
When to replace headgear or a frame
Look for headgear that has stretched, frayed or lost its ability to hold an adjustment, and for frames with cracks, damaged joints or other deterioration. Follow the manufacturer inspection and replacement guidance for the specific part.
If the mask leaks, check the cushion, assembly and fit as well as the straps. Tightening more is not always the solution. A new headgear strap cannot correct an incompatible frame or a worn cushion. Seek fitting help for persistent discomfort or skin marks.
Clean each component as directed in the mask manual and allow it to dry as instructed. Fabric headgear, airflow frames, elbows and vent assemblies may have different cleaning requirements. Reassemble carefully and check the mask before use; keep prescribed pressure changes with your care team.
Frequently asked questions
Is headgear the same as a mask frame?
No. Headgear is the strap assembly that holds the mask in place. The frame supports the cushion and connections. They are separate parts unless a listing explicitly bundles them.
Does a frame include the cushion and headgear?
Not necessarily. Check the package contents. A frame-only offer may exclude the cushion, headgear, elbow or clips.
Can I choose headgear using my CPAP machine model?
Choose by your mask model, not the machine. Different masks can connect to the same therapy machine while using different headgear and frames.
Does my cushion size determine my headgear size?
Not necessarily. Frame, cushion and headgear sizing can differ. Follow the exact mask sizing guide and check the markings on the part being replaced.
Can DreamWear nasal headgear be used for its full-face setup?
Philips specifies different headgear and instructions when changing from a nasal or pillow configuration to a full-face cushion. Check all required components for the intended setup.
Are magnetic headgear clips suitable for everyone?
No. Certain implants and medical devices can make a mask with magnets contraindicated, including in people in close physical contact with the wearer. Check the current manufacturer guidance and consult the treating clinician where relevant.
Can I replace magnetic clips with generic non-magnetic clips?
Do not assume this makes the mask suitable. Other components may contain magnets and the replacement must be approved for the exact mask. Check the complete system with the manufacturer or supplier.
Will tighter headgear stop every leak?
No. Leaks can come from sizing, cushion wear, incorrect assembly or other components. Follow the fitting guide and seek support rather than repeatedly overtightening the straps.
How much do headgear and frames cost?
Use the live price cards and product comparison for current eligible offers. Check the selected size and whether clips, elbows or other parts are included before comparing prices.
Can your support team identify the spare part I need?
Yes. Share the mask model, any part reference and photographs of the complete mask and component. Tell us whether you need a strap, frame, clip or elbow so we can check the listing.
