I am completely unsatisfied with my purchase. I ordered a Yuwell Suction Unit 7E-B5 for an urgent home ICU need.
Delayed Delivery: It took 15 days for the item to arrive, despite my paying in advance.
Defective Item: Upon arrival, the machine was defective and unusable.
Poor Customer Service: When I complained, the sales team did not offer a replacement or pickup. Instead, they are insisting that I arrange and send the defective, heavy machine back to their location.
To clarify, I expect one of the following resolutions:
1. A full refund for the defective unit.
2. A replacement unit, delivered to my address, with the defective unit picked up from my location.
I kindly request that your sales team refrains from again and again asking me to create videos or send the machine to your location. It is your responsibility to resolve this issue efficiently and professionally.
