I think all the reviews here are managed. I had a pretty bad experience buying a machine from RespBuy, they will be active only until sales and once the sale is done, they will discard you. Horrible service, I recommend everyone to buy stuff from Amazon and FlipKart if you are serious about service. This team strictly lacks service appetite and beware they talk lovely during sales. Even if it is a bit higher on Amazon, it is still worth.

Just a quick feedback — there was an issue with the delivery, but the founding team personally called, explained the situation, and worked closely with the delivery team to resolve the last-mile issues. They made sure the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciate. Great customer service and ownership!
