6 months. After sales is managed by us. We have tie up with logistics companies to pickup the product and then we deliver back after rectifying the product. This service is available for both in-warranty as well as out-of-warranty products.

I needed a replacement power adapter for my older Philips Respironics CPAP machine. Anita was very responsive and took the trouble to understand my requirement. When the new adapter originally ordered was subsequently found unavailable because the remaining stock did not pass their quality check, she informed me honestly and immediately suggested a practical alternative.
She arranged a thoroughly checked pre-owned original adapter at a substantially lower price, and the balance amount was promptly refunded to me. The adapter is working perfectly with my CPAP and has enabled me to continue using my existing machine without having to replace it unnecessarily.
