Choose the right oxygen setup
Pulse-dose delivery provides oxygen in response to inhalation. Its numbered settings do not translate directly to continuous-flow litres per minute or to another concentrator’s settings. Before ordering, confirm that the P2-E7 meets your prescribed needs during the activities for which you intend to use it.
For outings, check battery charge and the availability of power at your destination. For flights, obtain airline acceptance for the exact model and carry the battery reserve the airline requires. Suitability during sleep should be assessed by your clinician.
Care and safe use
Follow the supplied model instructions for cannula connection, charging, filter care and cleaning. Keep air openings clear. Keep oxygen equipment away from smoking, flames and sparks. Use only prescribed settings and arrange a backup oxygen plan with your care team where required.
