Portex Acapella DH PEP Therapy System with Green Mouth Piece is a respiratory breathing therapy device that vibrates to break up mucus and promotes respiratory secretions. The device can be used in any position relative to gravity, including sitting down, standing or reclined. The Acapella Choice Green Valve helps to open airways who have secretory problems such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Cystic Fibrosis, or Asthma. This major advantage of this product over other Portex valves is that it disassembles for cleaning.

I have been using Resmed airsense 11 for the past one month. The device is very easy to use, with a simple and intuitive interface that makes daily usage hassle-free.
Since its use, there is improvement in my sleep quality and wake up feeling refreshed. We can view the sleep report immediately too.
