Sumit is an extraordinary human being. Excellent and prompt service provided by him. We had ordered a Bypap Machine at midnight for our 85 year old mother who was in the ICU and the machine was delivered within a couple of hours right in the ICU. Brilliant customer service and response on whatsapp. I had ordered a product but it was not the full product that I wanted, I reached out for help on whatsapp and they responded back quickly, suggested what to by and helped me to place the order and requested to return the product. I did and they processed the refund immediately. A lot of companies should learn from Resp buy about being customer centric and attention to customers satisfaction. I'll be a permanent customer now. Good for chronic respiratory problems. It is very usefull than BiPAP and CPAP machines.
