The Loewenstein Prisma 30ST BiPAP combines BiLevel-ST therapy, an adjustable target volume and a touchscreen interface. Its range of modes gives your care team flexibility to configure prescribed treatment, while straightforward controls support everyday use at home.

Therapy flexibility for your prescription
Alongside CPAP and APAP, this model offers S, S/T, autoS/T, T and aPCV modes. Adjustable target volume, autoEPAP and backup-rate functions give the clinician additional options when planning support. Settings are selected for the individual patient; a higher maximum pressure is not, by itself, a reason to choose a machine.
A more gradual start to the night
softSTART can increase pressure gradually over a set period. The touchscreen keeps everyday functions accessible, with manufacturer video guidance below showing setup and how to start and end therapy.

Keep the device on a stable surface with its air inlet unobstructed. Follow the supplied instructions for cleaning the housing, tube and filters; the mask and optional humidifier have their own care instructions. Disconnect the power before cleaning and allow washed components to dry as directed. Do not change prescribed therapy settings yourself.
Keep the manual and service details available, particularly when someone else assists with setup. Before travel, check power requirements and any airline documentation with the carrier rather than relying on a general approval claim.
