Worst service from reapbuy, after purchasing of new Bipap device within an hour i got it setup with the help of one of your employee and it is not working. He started a false allegations on me that i have spilled liquid on it. Why the hell i spill a liquid on the product which is very needfull for the apnea patient. Later when i took the product to service center they confirmed the motor is faulty and found no liquid stains on it. I didnt get a replacement for the faulty device from RESPBUY instead i have to get this repair and use. Respbuy is not a authorised dealer never purchase any thing from them.

Sumit is an extraordinary human being. Excellent and prompt service provided by him. We had ordered a Bypap Machine at midnight for our 85 year old mother who was in the ICU and the machine was delivered within a couple of hours right in the ICU. We are grateful to Sumit for all the efforts he took in delivering the machine at such short notice. Thanks a ton
