Product ,ordering and response was good . Gave 4 star only for delivery. Delhivery is doing a poor job order after order and respbuy is not willing to change it .
Delivery needs to be worked out. Delivery Updates were really slow for a medical equipment considering there is a question of life or death. Also the packaging was not strong enough. Needs to be improved.
