Ordered a powerbank on the 9th of Jan, this month, with the promise of 3 days delivery. Biggest mistake, prepaid order. Now the company is declining my calls, and has not even shipped my power bank. neither are they providing any concrete update. Just saying,
they have been saying, out of stock, we are busy on other calls. When I call their helpline, they pretend to be another person on call, and then say, my team has spoken to you.
Please, beware of prepayment for your order. Rather order from somewhere else...

I had a great experience from start to finish. Sumit helped me throughout the entire process and made sure I found the right product. The team was very cooperative and supportive. Vineet was also available to help me on a Sunday when I needed assistance. Overall, excellent customer service.
Good product. Provides 8 hours of back-up. Charger is not included , requires 15v-3A external charger which again costs a bit more.
