I had a great experience from start to finish. Sumit helped me throughout the entire process and made sure I found the right product. The team was very cooperative and supportive. Vineet was also available to help me on a Sunday when I needed assistance. Overall, excellent customer service.
The forgead gel pad is of correct size. I am happy that I cud get this product. In the past, the supplier of the bipap machine to me said that the spare parts of the nasal mask are not available . Hence I had buy the full nasal mask.
I like all product in philips Respronics last 15 years using seepap machine 👍
