Why is there air licking at the part where tube is connected to the mask on top of the head
Some air leakage near swivel vents are normal as part of exhalation process. Please contact your service provider in case there is excessive leak.

Very professional and smooth transition. Sumit Rathor was very helpful, smooth coordination. Eng vikas helped through the call as I am based in UAE. Thank you Sumit and Vikas
Respbuy service has been real quick unfortunately the courier service took 4-5 days to deliver in Central Mumbai – masks are always an emergency product and long time for deliveries I’m sure gives a bad name
Respbuy is the one stop place for anything sleep apnea. I have been ordering a variety of things from here: CPAP machines, masks, etc. I have always been pleasantly surprised by their extremely professional services. Their customer support is outstanding. They are willing to help over WhatsApp too. Overall, I strongly recommend them. Please give them a chance.
