Sumit is an extraordinary human being. Excellent and prompt service provided by him. We had ordered a Bypap Machine at midnight for our 85 year old mother who was in the ICU and the machine was delivered within a couple of hours right in the ICU. Brilliant customer service and response on whatsapp. I had ordered a product but it was not the full product that I wanted, I reached out for help on whatsapp and they responded back quickly, suggested what to by and helped me to place the order and requested to return the product. Purchased this machine a month ago. So far working well. The nasal tube supplied with the machine is inferior quality. It has terrible PVC smell . Was forced to purchase new one from out side.

Needed a 10ltr OC for my father COPD issue, RespBuy suggested list of available option with a recommendation to go for Oxymed. Happy with OC so far, looks solid, weight more than 20kg, dual flow and purity of medical grade.
Regarding RespBuy’s support, the are very supportive, comes on video call to solve problems, honestly mentions what is covered and what is not covered in the support; a great company for home medical equipments.
