I had a very good experience with RespBuy Healthcare, and I would particularly like to appreciate Ms. Anita for her excellent service.
I needed a replacement power adapter for my older Philips Respironics CPAP machine. Anita was very responsive and took the trouble to understand my requirement. When the new adapter originally ordered was subsequently found unavailable because the remaining stock did not pass their quality check, she informed me honestly and immediately suggested a practical alternative.
She arranged a thoroughly checked pre-owned original adapter at a substantially lower price, and the balance amount was promptly refunded to me. The adapter is working perfectly with my CPAP and has enabled me to continue using my existing machine without having to replace it unnecessarily.
As a senior citizen, I particularly appreciated Anitaās patience, consideration, prompt communication and willingness to find a solution rather than simply saying that an old product was no longer available.
