I was advised by my Doctor to do a sleep Apnea test which I did and was surprised I was diagnosed with very high sleep apnea AHI.

I called up 2 distributors in Bengaluru and was quoted a price of Rs.88,000/- for Resmed Airsense 11and were not willing to offer any discounts etc... I then scrolled the NET and found 2 companies one which was Resbuy and another competitor company.

I spoke to both companies but was a little scared to part with my money dues to the increased Digital Scams going on at present. and found Mr. Sumit of Resbuy very more communicative and assured me that I need not worry about the payment in advance and the same could be done on COD ( Cash on Delivery ).

I confirmed the order on Phone and was surprised that they immediately sent me an invoice as well as the courier note. I received the CPAP machine along with the mask and complimentary 10 filters within 48 hrs as promised by Mr. Sumit and was very happy and satisfied that I could pay after seeing the machine.

I later got a call from Mr. Sumit who gave me the technicians number who helped me via video call to set up the CPAP machine and again helped me the next 2 day to adjust it to my requirements.

I must say as a first-time user that the company Resbuy is Genuine and Mr. Sumit was very helpful with all my doubts and Im a Happy user of Airsense 11 Autoset CPAP Machine with Built-In Heated Humidifier & Airfit F20 Full Face Mask.

The above experience was pre sales ……. The post sales experience for customer’s outside of Gurgaon doesn’t seem very good ….. the very same Sumit who was there to answer every query now just cuts the call and says will call back but never does( Happened over 3/4 times) Also Mr. Neeraj of Support team never comes on call…… really disappointing.
