1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

    All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster than remote or rural areas.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all orders.

  • Courier Partners:
    We work with top logistics providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and India Post to ensure timely delivery across India.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your order.


2. International Shipping

  • Order Processing Time:
    International orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on destination, package weight, and service selected.

  • Duties and Taxes:

    • All customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    • RespBuy does not cover these charges and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

  • Shipping Carriers:
    We ship internationally via trusted partners such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS and other regional logistics providers.

  • Tracking Information:
    All international shipments come with a tracking number which will be shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Guidelines & Additional Information

  • Accurate Address:
    Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including apartment number, PIN code, and contact number.

  • Delivery Attempts:
    Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery no charges are applied.

  • Delayed Deliveries:
    While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, some delays may occur due to:

    • Public holidays or natural calamities

    • COVID-19 restrictions

    • Remote area access

    • Unforeseen courier issues

  • Shipping Restrictions:
    Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulatory or logistical constraints. If your order includes such items, we will inform you promptly.
