Cleaning
We recommend handwashing your mask cushion daily, using a dash of basic washing up liquid in a bowl of warm water. All other mask components should be hand washed in the same way at least weekly.

The buying experience and the product were good, but the courier experience was very disappointing. The Delhivery courier service made me travel to their office, which is around 8 km away from my residence, to collect my parcel. The delivery was delayed, and I was ultimately forced to go and collect the product myself.
To make matters worse, the staff also behaved rudely and misbehaved with me. Overall, while I am satisfied with the product and the buying experience, the courier service provided by Delhivery was extremely poor and inconvenient.
The product is excellent. Earlier they used to send by Bluedart but for some reason, they have moved to Delhivery. They are pretty pathetic in support and needed multiple calls, and multiple days of follow-up to finally deliver.
