Good service..the guy arrived at the committed time and delivered and set up thr BIPAP. You do get a sense of commitment from the owner when you talk to him (though have never met him). Have not felt need for after sales service till now, but hope the after sales is also equally good.
A life saving instrument,excellently designed, but the box does not contain a T-Connector,which is required for using as BiPAP.
