Each option supplies the module and its attached cable; add the soft finger probe separately when you need both components.

For a clinic maintaining home sleep-test equipment, identifying the failed component first helps avoid replacing a working probe or recorder unnecessarily. This page keeps the module, probe and complete recorder clearly separated, so you can order the part you need.

Built around the right connection

The soft probe sits on the finger and connects to the Xpod. The Xpod then connects to the recorder, forming the oximetry portion of the sleep-test setup. The recorder uses this arrangement for the oxygen-saturation and pulse channels alongside its other sleep-study signals. The Xpod is an accessory module, not a standalone monitor and not a CPAP therapy machine.

Our paired probe has been confirmed to fit both versions sold on this page. That does not make every sensor with a similar-looking plug interchangeable. A connector’s shape alone does not establish electrical or system compatibility, particularly when comparing accessories from different recorder families.

Complete the connection

Need the finger sensor too? Add our compatible soft SpO2 probe for ApneaLink Air. It connects to either Xpod version in this listing. Buy only the component you need, or select the optional paired product when replacing both.

Setup and care

• Check the selected version, recorder model and connector ends before use.
• Connect the finger-probe plug to the Xpod, then connect the Xpod to the recorder. Align the connectors carefully; do not force them.
• Fit the probe and route the cable as directed by your sleep provider. Leave enough slack to avoid pulling on the finger or recorder.
• Check the recorder’s accessory indicators before starting the study. Follow the provider’s instructions if the oximetry indicator shows a problem.
• Inspect the cable, strain relief and connectors between uses. Follow the selected accessory’s supplied cleaning and reprocessing instructions.

Keep connectors dry and do not immerse the module. This accessory supports a prescribed sleep-test workflow; it does not diagnose a condition independently.
