Awesome service! Just a quick feedback — there was an issue with the delivery, but the founding team personally called, explained the situation, and worked closely with the delivery team to resolve the last-mile issues. They made sure the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciate. Great customer service and ownership!
Good machine, used by my father in post covid recovery. Did the job.
Got it as my existing bmc bipap got faulty. Using from last one week, found it better than bmc in comfort and performance. 100% recommended.
