Compatible and future-proof. Various interfaces such as SD, PSG, LAN and external modem offer various options for data transfer. Software solutions (e.g. prismaTS, prisma APP and prisma CLOUD) are available for simple, flexible and secure therapy support.
Sensorless intelligent humidification
When using the prismaAQUA humidifier, smartAQUAcontrol can optionally be switched on: to quickly warm up the applied flow at the start of therapy and to ensure humidifier performance during periods of increased leakage. prismaAQUA can optionally be operated with a heated circuit.
Fall asleep comfortably — softSTART
The softSTART function can be activated to help you fall asleep and slowly acclimate to therapy pressure during the sleep phase. This ensures a slow increase in pressure over a set period until therapy pressure is reached. Particularly useful for patients who find high pressure uncomfortable while awake.
EPR — expiratory pressure relief
The built-in EPR feature reduces pressure during exhalation, making breathing feel more natural and less forced. This significantly improves comfort during therapy, especially for new CPAP users who may find continuous positive pressure challenging during the initial weeks of treatment.

Yes. At just 1.34 kg and 170 × 135 × 180 mm, the Prisma 20A is compact and lightweight enough for travel. However, note that it does not have FAA certification for in-flight use. It is best suited for hotel and home-away use.
The Loewenstein Prisma 20A comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Loewenstein has an authorized service centre in Pune, Maharashtra, as well as paid service partners across India.
Therapy data is stored on the built-in SD card. You can use Loewenstein’s prismaTS software on your computer to view detailed reports including AHI, leak rate, pressure curves, and usage hours. The prisma APP and prisma CLOUD are also available for remote access and sharing with your healthcare provider.
