I called up 2 distributors in Bengaluru and was quoted a price of Rs.88,000/- for Resmed Airsense 11and were not willing to offer any discounts etc... I then scrolled the NET and found 2 companies one which was Resbuy and another competitor company.
I spoke to both companies but was a little scared to part with my money dues to the increased Digital Scams going on at present. and found Mr. Sumit of Resbuy very more communicative and assured me that I need not worry about the payment in advance and the same could be done on COD ( Cash on Delivery ).
I confirmed the order on Phone and was surprised that they immediately sent me an invoice as well as the courier note. I received the CPAP machine along with the mask and complimentary 10 filters within 48 hrs as promised by Mr. Sumit and was very happy and satisfied that I could pay after seeing the machine.
I later got a call from Mr. Sumit who gave me the technicians number who helped me via video call to set up the CPAP machine and again helped me the next 2 day to adjust it to my requirements.
I must say as a first-time user that the company Resbuy is Genuine and Mr. Sumit was very helpful with all my doubts and Im a Happy user of Airsense 11 Autoset CPAP Machine with Built-In Heated Humidifier & Airfit F20 Full Face Mask.
I ordered the ResMed Lumis 100 ST, and the entire experience was smooth and impressive. Vikas guided me properly, explained everything clearly, and ensured I had full confidence in my purchase. I will recommend to others about the services.

The above experience was pre sales ……. The post sales experience for customer’s outside of Gurgaon doesn’t seem very good ….. the very same Sumit who was there to answer every query now just cuts the call and says will call back but never does( Happened over 3/4 times) Also Mr. Neeraj of Support team never comes on call…… really disappointing.

It was quickly dispatched. but your logistics partner TIRUPATI courier did not deliver to our address. we had to travel nearly 30kms to pick it up from their hebbal warehouse.
Excellent product . Using Resmed CPAP machine with all accessories since 2012 . No complaint . Only issue is frequent headgear replacement as it becomes loose in 4/5 months . Cost of head gear is too high . Recently the tubing gave away and had to buy Phillips product due to emergency as none of local medical equipment store had resmed nasal pillow with tubing . Terrible experience with phillips for a week only . Resmed main issue is very long delivery period . From Gurgaon 5/6 days is unacceptable . Pl take action in the future
