BMC G3 A20 Auto CPAP Machine features a humanized interface design with real-time data display and Intelligent Auto settings that allow the device to adapt to both the user and their environment. The G3 comes standard with detachable humidifier, tubing, Wi-Fi module (optional). Accessing patient data is quick and easy with the BMC RESmart software program and BMCares App.
This is the latest CPAP from BMC and has significant design improvements over its earlier models like GII or G2S. Some of the improvements done are:

I purchased the BMC G3 A20 Auto CPAP and full face mask through RespBuy. From the first enquiry on phone the experience with Respbuy was smooth and easy. I must thank especially Nitin (?) for that. I have been using CPAPs for the last 10 years and when I wanted a replacement I was baffled by the option and varied prices. But they answered all my queries, knowledgably and patiently. BMC was a new and unknown entity for me and was a bit apprehensive. However, I got unbiased information about all the main suppliers of CPA vis a vis BMC. I think I made a good choice after comparing all tech specs and the price, where later was a clincher. I did have a bit of Hassel, due to transport, but that was not due to Respbuy and due to Bluedart courier. But bot Nitin & his colleagues were constantly helping to see that it reached me. To cut the story short, the material arrived without any apparent damage in a good package. I had started using the machine and so far all is working well. I find this machine quite comfortable to use while sleeping and mask fits easy to wear too. I have not used the heated humidifier option yet and hence, can not comment now. The controls are easy and intuitive. So far, I find this better than the Resmed machine I had been using for years! One negative point in purchasing BMC from India is that there is no international warranty for the purchase or service centre outside India! Since I am an NRI this is a concern and hope they get this remedied ASAP. On the whole, I will recommend Respbuy positively and thank Nitin again for all the help.

The machine is good but heated tube is not provided with the machine. During winters, it may lead to rainout due to condensation. Also, sometimes small water droplets come out of BMC P2 Nasal Pillow mask even when humidifier is off presumably due to condensation in the mask of warm breathing. The machine is super quiet, easy to use, as effective as Resmed in treating Apnea.
